Autorain Sprinkler Systems is a local family owned business located in Lakeville. We have been in business since 2004. We serve the southern half of the twin cities metro and surrounding area. We have 1,000's of satisfied lawns and customers. We offer several installation options to meet your budget. We install K-Rain professional systems, K-Rain budget friendly systems, lake pump systems, DIY systems, Irrigreen systems, and self draining systems which do not require a yearly blow-out. We won't sell you something you don't need, but offer you reasonably priced options with a great warranty. K-Rain has the best in the industry warranty of 3 years on controllers, rain sensors, and rotary nozzles. 7 years on valves, sprays, and rotors. We are a full service sprinkler company that stands behind our work. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Professional - comes with a top of the line K-Rain PRO-EX WIFI controller and rain sensor. The average system is around 6 zones and 35 sprinklers spaced head to head giving you 100% coverage with a matched precipitation rate. The average cost is $2,500 before sod and $3,000 on an existing lawn. Plumbing is extra.
Budget friendly - controlled by a 1,2,4 station K-Rain BLUE bluetooth battery powered controller, or K-Rain RPS46 - 6 station mini indoor controller. The system connects to a hose spigot and doesn't require additional plumbing. 1 zone with 4-6 sprinklers would cost around $800. 2 zones with 8-12 sprinklers would cost around $1,200. and 4 zones with 16-24 sprinklers would cost around $1,800.
Irrigreen - Each sprinkler is its own zone. conventional systems place multiple sprinklers around the perimeter. Irrigreen sprinklers are placed in the center of a zone and you can adjust the shapes and distance all from your smartphone. We install with a vibratory plow not a trencher.

Lake pump - We can pump the water out of a lake. It costs a little more to install the pump versus plumbing it out of a house. Lake water is better for your lawn and is free besides paying for the electricity.
DIY - We will supply all the parts and pull the pipe in the ground for you. Let us know what your comfortable doing yourself.
Self draining - We can install automatic drain valves that open up when the system depressurizes. We would install these on the lowest points in the system. These drain valves would eliminate the need to have your system blown out every fall.
Plumbing - Professional systems will need plumbing. Our plumbing subcontractor charges $800 flat to tee in and run a 1" line out the side of the house and install a pressure vacuum breaker. We do have other options.
service - We offer spring start-ups for $110 plus $20/rotor replacement. Repairs throughout the season. $70/fall blow-out.
